Conditions générales de location
ARTICLE 1 : Use of the places
The tenant will enjoy the hiring in a peaceful way and will make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the places. Le tenant commits itself returning furnished, with its departure, very own and arranged. If the tenant wishes it, it will be able to avoid making the cleaning of the departure with the help of a fixed price of 35 € (euros).
ARTICLE 2 : General condition
The tenant will not be able to in no case to prevail himself of an unspecified right of maintenance in the places to the expiry of the period initially envisaged on the request for reservation.
ARTICLE 3 :Arrival - Departure
Arrival: Except contrary stipulation the arrivals take place in the afternoon.
The payment of the totality of the hiring (including the guarantee) must be carried out with your arrival (in cash or by cheque) the bank cards are not accepted. The keys of the hiring will be given only after payment.
The tenant must take appointment with owner 3 to 4 days in advance for his reception.
The keys will be given only to the tenant having made the reservation.
Departure: The departures take place before thirteen hours. Vous must leave the free apartment, to return the keys of the hiring to its owner. The hiring must be clean and the pieces of furniture arranged as with your arrival.
The tenant takes responsibility for his the aller/retour transfers place of arrival on the island to the various residences.

ARTICLE 4 : Deposit or guarantee
It is perceived with your arrival a guarantee (deposit) which will be returned to you at the end of your stay except in the event of damage.
In the event of damage the tenant will have to pay the totality of the repairing of the damage even if the amount of repairs exceeds the amount of the guarantee perceived.
ARTICLE 5 :Household linen
With the exception of the hand towels, the household linen is provided (cloth, pillowcase)
ARTICLE 6 : A number of occupants
If the number of people accepted which is mentioned on the request for reservation would be exceeded, their presence would involve the immediate rupture of this contract. The hiring cannot in no case to profit with thirds even partially.
Except explicit agreement of the hirer out, the animals, even familiar, are not allowed.
ARTICLE 7 : Cancellation of the hiring, interruption of the stay
Any cancellation must be notified by mail recommended to the owner. The versed down payments are restored with the tenant if cancellation intervenes at least 15 days before the date of entry envisaged with the contract. Beyond that, and whatever the reason of cancellation, the down payments remain sure with the owner.
In the event of anticipated interruption of the stay by the tenant, and if the responsibility for the owner is not blamed, will not be carried out to any refunding, except that of the deposit (Guarantee)
The owner reserves the right to cancel the hiring and to preserve the down payments if the balance is not regulated the day envisaged of the handing-over of the keys.
ARTICLE 8 : Work
The tenant will support without deduction of the rent and allowance, the execution of repairs and work falling to the owner for which the urgency and the need would appear during the hiring. It will be the same in the event of interruption or disturbance in operation for the public services (water, electricity etc).
ARTICLE 9 : Insurances
The tenant is held to ensure his Civil Liability Holiday for the room which is rented to him. He must thus check if its multirisk contract dwelling of its main home envisages the extension holiday (hiring of holidays). On the contrary assumption, it must subscribe the extension necessary or an independent contract covering its Civil Liability (tenant's risks) for the fire, the damage of water, lasting the period of the hiring.
